Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all product sales made by Cloture Hexagone ([ADDRESS], France — SIRET: [NUMBER]) via the website staging.cloturehexagone.com, to any consumer (private individual of legal age) or business customer.
Article 2 — Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Cloture Hexagone reserves the right to amend its catalogue at any time.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of tax (French VAT of 20% included). Pre-tax prices are also shown for VAT-registered business customers.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout and included in the final total before payment.
Cloture Hexagone reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders

- Review the basket and enter your details
- Choose a delivery method
- Choose and confirm payment
- Order confirmation by email
The order is definitively registered once payment is confirmed. A summary confirmation email is sent to you.
Article 5 — Payment
Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — secure SSL payment
- Bank transfer (business customers only)
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Cloture Hexagone reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.
Article 6 — Delivery
Deliveries are made in metropolitan France and in the countries shown during checkout. Indicative lead times are:
- Metropolitan France: 48 to 72 business hours after dispatch
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days
Lead times run from the dispatch confirmation. If a delay exceeds 7 days (excluding force majeure), you may cancel the order.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Exceptions: made-to-measure products, and unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Article 8 — Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method used for the order.

Article 9 — Warranties
Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.
Legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): 2 years from discovery of the defect.

Article 10 — Liability
Cloture Hexagone cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 11 — Data protection
Data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts of [CITY] will have jurisdiction.
