Return and withdrawal policy

Withdrawal period

The consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason and without bearing any cost other than those set out below.

How to exercise this right

Notify your decision to withdraw by email at [email protected] stating your order number, the product(s) concerned and your identity.

Return conditions

• Return the product in its original packaging, complete and undamaged, within fourteen (14) days of notifying the withdrawal.
• Return shipping is at the consumer's expense unless otherwise stated.
• The return address is communicated by email when we confirm your request.

Refund

The refund is issued within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
