Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract performance : processing orders, payments, deliveries and after-sales service.
  • Legal obligation : retention of invoices for 10 years (French Commercial and Tax Codes).
  • Legitimate interest : site security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
  • Consent : analytics, advertising personalisation and any marketing emails.

Retention periods

  • Customer account: active + 3 years of inactivity, then anonymised.
  • Order data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations).
  • Marketing consent: 3 years from the last interaction.
  • Cookie consent: 6 months.
  • Server logs: 1 year.
