1. Seller identification

Cloture Hexagone, whose registered office is at 12 rue de la mare, 71530 Crissey, FR. Full details: see our legal notice.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale by Cloture Hexagone of products and services offered on cloturehexagone.com to any natural person who is not a trader and is acting outside the scope of their professional activity.

3. Products and availability

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur between the photos and the delivered products.

Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product is unavailable, the customer is informed as soon as possible and may request a full refund of any amounts paid.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are shown before order validation. Cloture Hexagone reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied to an order is the one in force on the day of the order.

5. Order and payment

Validating the order constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Payments are processed securely through our provider Revolut Payments UAB. No bank data is stored by Cloture Hexagone.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to mainland France according to the terms set out when choosing the carrier. The lead times indicated are average; a reasonable delay does not give rise to compensation.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. The procedure is detailed in our return policy.

8. Legal warranties

All our products carry the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against latent defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of non-conformity, the customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

10. Mediation and applicable law

Pursuant to article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may turn to a consumer mediator.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
