14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any item, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In their original condition (unused and uninstalled)
  • In their original, undamaged packaging
  • With all accessories and original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Items damaged due to misuse

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return label by email
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at a parcel point
  5. Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect item: return shipping covered by Cloture Hexagone
  • Change of mind / withdrawal: return shipping at the customer's expense

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
