What is the difference between a privacy screen and a full-occultation panel? A privacy screen reduces visibility by 30–70% while allowing air and light through. A full-occultation panel provides 100% privacy. Each product page specifies the exact occultation rate.

Are your products UV-resistant? Yes. All our PVC and composite screens are UV-treated to resist fading and premature ageing. Estimated lifespan: 10–15 years under normal conditions.

Can I install the panels myself? Yes. Our products are designed for DIY installation. Each product comes with detailed installation instructions. You can also find step-by-step video guides in our Installation Guides section.

Do you offer custom sizes? Yes, for selected references. Contact us at [email protected] with your dimensions for a personalised quote.

Orders

How do I place an order? Add items to your cart, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method and confirm. A confirmation email is sent immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order? You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before dispatch. Contact us quickly at [email protected].

How do I get an invoice? Your invoice is available in your customer account under "My Orders" as a downloadable PDF. It is also sent by email with your shipping confirmation.

Do you offer trade/professional pricing? Yes. Landscapers, installers and resellers benefit from volume pricing. Create a Pro account or contact us for a quote.

Delivery

What are the delivery times? In metropolitan France, orders are delivered within 48–72 business hours of dispatch. See our Shipping page for other destinations.

How do I track my order? A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status in your customer account.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged? Note the damage on the delivery slip in the presence of the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos at [email protected].

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item? You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item. Contact us for a return label. See our Return Policy.

When will I be refunded? Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return, via your original payment method.
